Glossing Gel
For coating cakes, cookies and fruit
Qualities
- protects fruits and cake surfaces from drying out
- smooth, shiny, clear cake surface
- after application the gel is not sticky and does not break
- does not soak into the dough

Directions
- Melt the gel in water with a 50:50 water to gel proportion
- Heat until completely melted
- Distribute on cakes, cookies and other baked goods
