This product is  made from carefully prepared and fragmentem fruit and takes the form of a trick, concentrated mass. The indiwidual pieces of fruit give a unique taste, colour and texture to ice-cream and pastry. The products is bake and freeze proof.
USE:
- as an ingredient of ice-cream base
- for adding to whipped cream, custard or buttercream
- as an ingredient fo Victoria sponge cakes
Advantages:
- Made from 110g -240g of fruit per 100g of finished product.
- Proportion to be used: 6%- 10% of the total weight of the product.
- This product does not contain any AZO colourings.
