This products are made from carefully prepared and ground fruit. Due to their exceptional lightness, they go a long way and are easy to spread on the product being decorated.
They do not stain whipped cream, custard or ice-cream. They are bake and freeze proof
USE:
- as a perfect alternative to sugar-based toppings
- for decorating layer cakes, various small cakes, doughnuts, Ginger bread,Shortbread tarts and other desserts
- as an ingredient of custard, buttercream, whipped carem and similar products
