Sweet cherry in gel Frużelina®
Ingredients:
Cake:
3 eggs
90g flour
90g sugar
3g baking powder
Filling:
600g Sweet cherry in gel Frużelina® PROSPONA
22g gelatin
400 ml 30% fat cream
50g icing sugar
32g vanilla sugar
5g cocoa
Method:
Beat the whites, then add sugar and yolks. Combine the beaten mixture with flour and baking powder. Pour into a 28cm round tin. Bake at a temperature of 200ºC for 25-30 minutes.
Heat the Frużelina®, add to it half the previously dissolved gelatin, mix well, cool and pour onto the cake base. Refrigerate.
Beat the cream, add icing sugar, vanilla sugar and the remainder of the dissolved and cooled gelatin. Pour the prepared mixture onto the set Frużelina®, dust with cocoa, decorate with cherries in gel and leave in the fridge till set. add to notes
