Sponge cake with Rose Petals

Ingredients

140 g flour
85 g icing sugar
85 g margarine
2 eggs
3 g baking powder
 
Method
Cream the margarine with the sugar and yolks till light and fluffy. Add flour mixed with baking powder and then add the beaten egg whites. Mix together. Add the rose petals to 1/3 of the cake mix and then put the cake mix into the tin alternating the layers. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at a temperature of 190ºC.
