Cod in Cream Sauce with Cherry FRUŻELINA? and Capers
Ingredients

280 g mayonnaise
110 g cream
190 g Cherry Frużelina® (6 tablespoons)
30 g wheat flour
20 g butter
14 g Kucharek seasoning
3 cod fillets
1 onion
2 tbsp capers

Method

Pour the melted butter onto the tin and sprinkle over diced onion. Lay on top the cod fillets cut in half, sprinkled with salt, Kucharek seasoning and tossed in flour. Mix the cream with the mayonnaise and pour over the fish. Bake at a temperature of 180ºC. Remove after 30 minutes, put a spoonful of cherry Frużelina® on each piece of fish and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes. After baking transfer to a platter and sprinkle with the capers.
