INGREDIENTS:
1200 g type 500 wheat flour
3200 g
poppy seed mixture
750 g margarine
750 g icing sugar
900 g eggs
3000 g
pasteurized apples
6 g baking powder
METHOD:
Cream the margarine with the sugar. Gradually add eggs and then combine with flour and baking powder. Spread some of the cake mixture into the tin, cover with poppy seed mixture, cover with a thin layer of cake mixture and lay the apples on top. Bake at a temperature of around 200ºC.
