Fruit Cake
Ingredients

1200 g type 500 wheat flour
1750 g Prospona cake mixture
500 g margarine
500 g butter
950 g sugar
20 g powdered milk
20 g baking powder
10 g vanilla sugar

Method

Aerate the margarine with the butter, gradually adding sugar, vanilla sugar. Then still beating constantly, add eggs. Fold in by hand the cake mix and flour mixed with baking powder. Pour into tins and bake at a temperature of 220ºC.

Decoration

Cover the cooled fruit cakes with white cake covering and arrange flakes of orange peel, angelica and paradise apple.
