JAM is a produ ct of gel consistency made with fresh or frozen fruit with the addition of sugar and pectins during
the boiling process. Its natural taste and aroma make it resemble home-made preserves. The product is available
in two versions: either with fruit pieces or with puréed fruit.
- Fruit content: 25% – 35%.
- Sugar content: 60%.
- This product does not contain any artificial colourings.
USE:
- to layer and spread on top of baked pastry products
- as a single filling for baked pastry products
- for adding to pastry fillings
- to decorate desserts and various other dishes
