FRUŻELI NA® – FRUIT IN THICK GEL – this product consists of carefully selected fruit (whole or pieces) in clear, shiny starch-based gel. Perfectly
preserved fruits and delicate gel consistency allow for wide range of
applications in bakery, pastry and catering. Its low sugar and high fruit content gives the end produce a light, fresh and fruity taste. This product is bake and freeze proof.
- Fruit content: 60%.
- Sugar content: min. 20%.
- This product does not contain any artificial colourings.
USE:
- for puff pastries, half-puff pastries and other pastries baked fresh or from frozen
- to garnish desserts, waffles, ice-cream, whipped cream
- as an ingredient of pastry fillings
- as a garnish or filling for various dishes, such as pasta, dumplings, rice, pancakes
