Glace Fruit (cnadied fruit) is obtained from fruit and vegetables subjected to 
the process of sugar saturation. The proper sugar content helps maintain firmness, colour and shape for a long time. A large variety of colours and shape allows this product to be used widely in confectionery, bakery and the food industry in general. Glace fruit is bake and freeze proof.
Advantages:
- Made from 105g - 240g of fruit / vegetables per 1 00g of finished product.
- Most products do not contain any artificial colourings.
Possible use:
- Colourful and natural decoration for all cakes, including layer cakes,and other dessert
- For adding to confectionery, bakery and other food products
