The beginnings of PROSPONA Ltd Fruit and Vegetable Processing date back to the year 1989. It was then that the technologist and entrepreneur, Wacław Naumczyk, began the production of fruit and vegetable preserves in the area of Janczowa, near Nowy Sącz. A breakthrough occurred for the rapidly expanding business with the purchase of manufacturing premises in Nowy Sącz, where the company base remains to this day.

Over the years, PROSPONA has transformed itself from a family concern employing a few people to a modern plant employing over 300 people, with a range of over 200 products in 7 different food categories. The experience gained over several years as well as the knowledge of the market that goes with it, has permitted us to become the leader among Polish enterprises, specializing in the manufacture of top quality fruit and vegetable preserves. Considerable flexibility in working has permitted us to take the lead position in this line of business, as well as enabling us to adapt our production to the needs of the individual consumer.

Keeping in mind the expectations of our target market, we shape and adapt our product range so as to not only meet the needs of confectioners, bakeries and ice cream parlours, but also the individual consumer. Thanks to a network of specialist warehouse facilities, we are able to supply our customers all over the country as well as abroad.
